Informazioni sulla Prenotazione

Le esperienze di Soli sono intime e personalizzate, e ogni sessione viene preparata con cura in anticipo. Le seguenti linee guida ci aiutano a prenderci cura dello studio e a garantire la migliore esperienza per tutti.

Pagamento

Il pagamento completo è richiesto al momento della prenotazione per confermare la sessione. La prenotazione è considerata confermata una volta ricevuto il pagamento.

Cancellazioni e Modifiche

Le cancellazioni o modifiche effettuate con più di 48 ore di anticipo rispetto alla sessione danno diritto a rimborso completo o riprogrammazione.

Per modifiche effettuate entro 48 ore, non è previsto rimborso. Quando possibile, la prenotazione potrà essere convertita in credito da utilizzare per una data futura.

Se non puoi partecipare, ti chiediamo di avvisarci il prima possibile.

Presenza e Orari

Le sessioni iniziano all’orario previsto e sono riservate per una durata definita. Eventuali ritardi potrebbero ridurre il tempo a disposizione, poiché la sessione terminerà comunque all’orario stabilito.

Le prenotazioni per le quali i partecipanti non si presentano senza preavviso non sono rimborsabili né convertibili in credito.

Numero di Partecipanti e Minimi

Ogni sessione viene preparata in anticipo in base al numero di posti prenotati.

Si applicano i seguenti minimi:

Ceramic Painting: minimo 3 posti
Festa: minimo 4 posti
Private Couple Experience: fisso per 2 partecipanti

Il numero di posti confermato al momento della prenotazione determina il costo della sessione. Riduzioni del numero di partecipanti entro 48 ore non sono rimborsabili né convertibili in credito.

Il numero minimo di posti prenotati sarà sempre addebitato e mantenuto, indipendentemente dal numero di persone effettivamente presenti.

Se si presentano meno partecipanti del previsto, la sessione si svolgerà comunque. Tutti i materiali, i pezzi in ceramica e l’eventuale aperitivo preparati per il numero completo di posti resteranno a disposizione dei presenti.

Ogni prenotazione riserva lo studio in esclusiva per il gruppo confermato.

Modifiche o Cancellazioni da parte dello Studio

Nel raro caso in cui Studio Soli debba riprogrammare o cancellare una sessione, verrà offerta la possibilità di scegliere una nuova data oppure di ricevere un rimborso completo.

Faremo sempre il possibile per dare il maggior preavviso possibile e ridurre eventuali disagi.

Studio Practice Sessions

Se non puoi partecipare a una sessione prenotata, ti chiediamo di avvisare con almeno 24 ore di anticipo, così da poter riprogrammare quando possibile.

Le sessioni perse senza preavviso non sono rimborsabili.

I pacchetti o le prenotazioni multiple sono pensati per essere utilizzati entro il periodo concordato. Eventuali modifiche potranno essere valutate caso per caso. Faremo sempre il possibile per mantenere un approccio equo e flessibile.

Fotografie

Durante le sessioni potrebbero essere scattate fotografie o brevi video da utilizzare sul sito web o sui social media di Studio Soli.

Se preferisci non essere incluso, ti chiediamo di comunicarcelo.

Cura dello Studio

Soli è un piccolo studio di lavoro e uno spazio creativo condiviso. Chiediamo agli ospiti di muoversi con attenzione nell’ambiente, seguire le indicazioni dello studio e contribuire a mantenerlo pulito e curato, affinché rimanga uno spazio accogliente e sereno per tutti.

Natura Artigianale

Tutti i lavori realizzati presso Studio Soli sono fatti a mano. Variazioni di colore, forma e finitura fanno parte del processo artigianale e contribuiscono all’unicità di ogni pezzo.

Il Processo Ceramico: Cottura e Ritiro

Tempi

La ceramica è un’arte lenta. Dopo la sessione, i pezzi verranno cotti con cura in forno per garantire un riscaldamento e raffreddamento sicuri e uniformi. Ti chiediamo di considerare 3–6 settimane per il completamento del processo.

La Natura della Ceramica

Ogni pezzo viene trattato con la massima cura, ma il forno è un ambiente imprevedibile. Alte temperature e reazioni chimiche naturali possono talvolta causare crepe, variazioni di smalto o rotture. Questi eventi fanno parte del processo ceramico. Studio Soli non può garantire il risultato finale né essere ritenuto responsabile per modifiche, danni o perdite avvenuti durante la cottura.

Ritiro

Il ritiro avviene su appuntamento.

Quando i pezzi saranno pronti, verrà pubblicato un avviso su Instagram con l’indicazione delle sessioni disponibili per il ritiro. Ti invitiamo a seguire @studio_soli per non perdere l’aggiornamento.

Una volta verificato che il tuo lavoro è pronto, potrai prenotare gratuitamente un appuntamento tramite il calendario online.

Lavori Non Ritirati

A causa dello spazio limitato, i pezzi finiti devono essere ritirati entro 60 giorni dalla pubblicazione su Instagram. Dopo questo periodo, i lavori non ritirati potranno essere riciclati, riutilizzati o smaltiti per fare spazio a nuove creazioni.

Completando una prenotazione con Studio Soli, confermi di aver letto e accettato i presenti Termini e Condizioni.

Booking Information

Soli sessions are intimate and personalised, with each experience prepared thoughtfully in advance. These guidelines help us care for the studio and ensure the best experience for everyone.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

For changes made within 48 hours, refunds are not available. Where possible, the booking may be converted to studio credit for a future date.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Attendance & Timing

Sessions begin at the scheduled time and are reserved for a fixed duration. Late arrival may reduce your working time, as sessions will finish at the scheduled end time.

Bookings where participants do not attend without prior notice are not refundable or eligible for credit.

Group Size & Minimums

Each session is prepared in advance based on the number of places booked.

Minimum participant numbers apply:

Ceramic Painting: minimum 3 places
Festa: minimum 4 places
Private Couple Experience: fixed for 2 guests

The number of places confirmed at the time of booking determines the session fee. Reductions in group size within 48 hours of the session are not refundable or eligible for credit.

The minimum number of places booked for a session will always be charged and retained, regardless of the number of guests who attend.

If fewer guests arrive than booked, the session will proceed as planned. All materials, ceramic pieces, and any food or aperitivo prepared for the full number of places will remain available for use by those attending.

All bookings reserve the studio exclusively for the confirmed group.

Studio Changes or Cancellation

In the rare case that Studio Soli needs to reschedule or cancel a session, guests will be offered the option to transfer their booking to a new date or receive a full refund.
We will provide as much notice as possible and do our best to minimise disruption.

Studio Practice Sessions

If you are unable to attend a booked session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be rescheduled.
Sessions missed without prior notice cannot be refunded.
Packages or multi-session bookings are intended to be used within the agreed period. Where changes are needed, sessions may be rescheduled within reason. We will always aim to maintain fairness and flexibility where possible.

Photography

Photographs or short videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for use on Studio Soli’s website or social media.
If you prefer not to be included, please let us know.

Studio Care

Soli is a small, working studio and shared creative space. We ask guests to move mindfully within the environment, follow studio guidance, and help keep the studio clean and cared for so that it remains calm and welcoming for everyone.

Handmade Nature

All work created at Studio Soli is handmade. Variations in colour, shape, and finish are a natural part of the ceramic process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

The Artistic Process: Firing & Collection

Timing

Ceramics is a slow art. After your session, your pieces will be carefully fired in the kiln to allow safe and even heating and cooling. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for this process to be completed.

The Nature of Ceramics

While every piece is handled with great care, the kiln is an unpredictable environment. High temperatures and natural chemical reactions can sometimes result in cracks, glaze variations, or breakage. These outcomes are a natural part of working with clay. Studio Soli cannot guarantee final results and is not responsible for changes, damage, or loss that may occur during firing.

Collection

Collection is by appointment.

When pieces are ready, we will post a notice on Instagram indicating which sessions are ready for collection. We encourage you to follow @studio_soli so you do not miss the update.

Once you see that your work is ready, you can book a free collection time through our online calendar so we can prepare your pieces and welcome you back into the studio.

Unclaimed Work

Due to limited studio storage, finished pieces should be collected within 60 days of the Instagram notification. After this time, uncollected work may be recycled, re-homed, or disposed of to make space for new creations.
